THE INSTRUCTIONS ON ANY POWERMASTER STARTER THAT HAS THEIR "INFI-CLOCK" NOSE HAVE TO BE FOLLOWED TO THE LETTER. AFTER YOU HAVE "FIT" THE STARTER, REMOVE THE SCREWS THAT HOLD THE "INFI-CLOCK" IN PLACE, CLEAN AND RE-INTALL THE SCREWS WITH BLUE LOCTITE.
